Why Defined Serving Amounts Matter on Supplement Labels

A clear supplement label begins with the serving size. Rakior states its key quantities per serving so customers can understand what is included before deciding whether a formula suits their routine.

The two Rakior products use different formats: 2 capsules for the phosphatidylserine and L-theanine softgel formula, and 10 mL for the lysine, collagen and mineral drink.

Start with the serving size

The softgel formula lists ten active components per 2 capsules. The drink lists calcium, L-lysine, marine collagen peptides, vitamins D3, K2 and E, CPP and zinc per 10 mL.

Comparing products by the same stated serving helps avoid confusion between per-capsule, per-bottle and per-day quantities.

Ingredient and serving information on the actual packaging is the primary source. Check the label each time you purchase, because product information and packaging may be updated.

Read allergens and ingredient sources

The Rakior drink contains fish, soy and milk. Its marine collagen is from fish, vitamin E is from a soy-associated ingredient, and CPP is milk-derived. The softgel formula identifies nervonic acid from Acer truncatum seed oil and linolenic acid from flaxseed oil.
